In brochure you will see the pre-design step, which is the 3rd in developing full architectural and interior design project. It will be followed by clients selection and conformation step; we do contact every supplier and engineer involved in construction to present specifications of materi-als, fabrics, furniture, finishes, lights and accessories for the key areas. The last is the documentation phase where we are to develop a construction action plan and to submit all drawings to project manager. This design process is the most proper and efficient in the construction indus-
try.

KSENOS PROJECTS has prepared the architectural drawings, interior design and visualisations. The loose furniture was selected from the KS DESIGN in KSENOS Group of companies (Italian) according to the design intent, note the final selection of materials, finishes and fabrics will be done by the client.

Project is located in a picturesque mountain settings. We did not want to disturb the surrounding landscape with an alien building, instead we have created a transition between nature on the lower level and man-made structure on the upper level. The basement resembles a natural rock that was carved in order to create the dwelling spaces inside. It accommodates the guest room, entertainment, services and garage, lit and ventilated by the sunken courtyards. This level also hosts an indoor wet area with spa that have full-height window facing the forest to multiply the tranquillity effect.
The ground floor level is surrounded by lush green planters on top of the rock. Located on this floor; the living room, the kitchen as well as the dining area, spill out to the outside where adjacent auxiliary building is created with an industrial but yet lightweight transparent and temporary feel. This outdoor covered area is for social gatherings with friends and family in the middle of nature.
Finally, the upper level is where the main bedrooms are located. They are designed like personal observation decks with large panoramic windows to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
